Cyntree Partner Policy

Last updated: 12 September 2026

This policy explains the basic rules for applying to and operating as a Cyntree Partner. It is intended to keep referrals genuine, commissions fair, and businesses protected.

01

Role of a Cyntree Partner

Partners introduce Cyntree to suitable service businesses, explain the product honestly, and support businesses through genuine setup.

Partners are not employees, directors, agents with authority to bind Cyntree, or authorised representatives unless Cyntree agrees this separately in writing.

02

Referral attribution

A business must be linked to your Partner code, referral link, or another approved attribution route before commission can be considered.

Cyntree may reject, reverse or manually review attribution where there is fraud, duplicate attribution, self-referral abuse, or misleading activity.

03

Activation requirement

Commission is not earned from empty signups. The referred business must complete real setup, including at least one service, availability, required business details, booking page readiness, and one genuine booking.

Cyntree decides whether activation has been met, using platform records and manual review where needed.

04

Commission

The pilot commission rate is 20% of qualifying subscription revenue for the first 12 months after the referred business's first successful eligible payment.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions may qualify. Lifetime plans are excluded from the pilot. Referred businesses pay Cyntree's normal published subscription price; there is no Partner-only customer discount.

Qualifying revenue is the subscription amount actually collected after tax, refunds and chargebacks, but before Stripe or app-store processing fees.

Each earning has a 30-day holding period, and every payout batch requires Cyntree owner approval.

Refunds, chargebacks, failed payments, cancelled subscriptions, ineligible referrals, abuse, or breach of this policy may reduce, delay or reverse commission.

Cyntree aims to process approved payouts monthly where payment details and compliance checks are complete.

05

Conduct and promises

Partners must use approved Cyntree materials and must not promise discounts, features, earnings, payment dates, or approval outcomes. The pilot has no Partner-only subscription discount.

Partners must not collect money on behalf of Cyntree, request customer passwords, misrepresent the product, pressure businesses, or claim to be Cyntree staff.

06

Identity and compliance checks

Applicants may be asked to provide identification and other details for manual review before approval.

Cyntree may pause, reject, suspend or terminate Partner access if information is inaccurate, cannot be verified, or raises compliance concerns.

07

Countries, payouts and approval

Partner applications may be submitted internationally. Your country is reviewed as part of identity, compliance, payout and business-payment checks, but applications are not limited to a fixed country list.

Approval depends on identity review, local compliance, payout availability, whether referred businesses can pay through supported billing such as Stripe or app-store subscriptions, and whether Cyntree can reasonably support Partner activity in the applicant's country.

Cyntree may approve, delay, limit or reject applications based on those country-specific checks.

08

Changes to this policy

Cyntree may update this policy as the Partner programme evolves. Material changes may require Partners to accept a newer version before continuing.
