Let clients book you from Google, Instagram and Facebook

Your Cyntree booking page has its own link. Add it to the places clients already find you and they can book in a couple of taps, with no DMs back and forth. It's free and takes about five minutes.

Paste it where clients find you

Start with Google. It's where most new clients search for a salon or barber near them.

Google

Shows a booking link on your Google Business Profile, so people who find you in Google Search or Maps can book straight away.

  1. Sign in to the Google account that manages your business, then search for your business name on Google or open it in Google Maps.
  2. Tap Edit profile.
  3. Find Appointment links or Bookings. It's usually under the Contact section.
  4. Paste your Cyntree link and tap Save.

Heads up: Google may take a few days to review the change before it shows up.

Instagram

Puts your booking link on your profile, so new followers can book in two taps.

  1. Open your profile and tap Edit profile.
  2. Tap Links, then Add external link.
  3. Paste your Cyntree link and give it a title like Book an appointment.
  4. Tap Done. You can also add the link to Stories with the Link sticker.

Good to know: Instagram's built-in “Book now” button only lists Meta's booking partners. Your profile link does the same job and goes straight to your Cyntree booking page.

Facebook

Sets the big button at the top of your Facebook Page to Book Now, opening your Cyntree booking page.

  1. Switch into your business Page and open it.
  2. Tap the action button under your cover photo (or Add action button), then Edit.
  3. Choose Book now, then pick the option to link to a website.
  4. Paste your Cyntree link and tap Save.

Tip: pin a post with your booking link to the top of your Page as well. Not everyone notices the button.

Does this cost anything?

No. Adding a link to Google, Instagram and Facebook is free, and your Cyntree booking page is included on every plan.

Will bookings show up in my Cyntree calendar?

Yes. Clients land on your Cyntree booking page, so every booking goes straight into your calendar with your usual services, prices, deposits and policies.

I switched to a different website. Do I need to update the link?

Copy your link again from the app after switching and paste it in the same places, so clients always land on the site you're using now.

Why isn't Cyntree in Instagram's “Book now” partner list?

That list is a closed partner programme run by Meta. Your bio link and Facebook button send clients to exactly the same booking page today.
