Can I start on Free and upgrade later?

Yes. You can begin on Free and upgrade your business from the web dashboard when you need more capacity or features.

Where do I manage billing?

Billing is managed on the web. The mobile app can show your plan and open the online billing area, but subscription changes happen on the website.

What happens if a paid subscription ends?

Paid-only features switch off when access ends. Your main booking page stays available, but custom website and Cyntree Premium-only tools go offline until the subscription is restored.

Is there a Business tier?

A Business tier is planned for later, including team features and staff accounts. It is not available to purchase yet.
