Finding a business on Cyntree

Steps

1. Use the direct booking link shared by the business (for example from social bio, message, or QR code).
2. When the page opens, confirm business name and branding before selecting a service.
3. Review service cards for name, duration, delivery mode, and price to make sure you are in the correct place.
4. Tap Book now on the service you want. This opens the full booking flow for that service.
5. If no slots or services appear, the business may have limited availability or paused the service.
6. If a shared link fails, ask the business for the latest booking URL rather than retrying stale links repeatedly.
7. Outcome check: you can open the correct business page and start booking the intended service.
