Steps

  1. Cyntree is a booking and business management platform built for solo service providers such as hairstylists, barbers, beauticians, therapists, trainers, and similar professionals who manage their own schedule.
  2. From a single workspace you can create services with pricing and duration, set weekly availability, accept online bookings, collect payments through the active Stripe or Paystack setup for your region, and manage client records.
  3. Customers find you through your public booking page, where they can browse your services, pick an available slot, and pay online or at the appointment.
  4. You manage everything from the Cyntree mobile app. The five bottom tabs are Home (daily dashboard and entry point to every module), Reports (revenue, monthly goal, service performance and health factors — available on every plan), Marketing (post-booking engagement, thank-you emails, client tips and social links — locked on Starter, unlocked on Pro and Premium), Share (your public booking link, QR code, and the printable 5-page poster kit), and Settings (account, business, payments, communication, integrations, and the subscription).
  5. Additional modules for Appointments, Services, Clients, Booking Requests, Forms, Service Reports, Portfolio, Website builders, and Discounts are accessible from the Home screen and throughout the app.
  6. Cyntree offers three workspace plans: Cyntree Starter, Cyntree Pro, and Cyntree Premium. Each plan unlocks more capacity and tools such as group bookings, booking requests, calendar sync, service reports, AI website builder, template website builder, portfolio gallery, booking forms, service videos, discount codes, and marketing tools.
