- Open the Marketing tab, then scroll to the Customer thank you section. Marketing Tools must be active for the workspace.
- Enable thank you emails to activate messaging flows for completed bookings.
- Upload an optional 16:9 thank you banner image, or pick from Portfolio if the workspace has Portfolio Gallery access.
- Write the thank you message in a tone that matches your brand and keep it specific enough to feel personal.
- Optionally toggle Ask for feedback and Allow client tips based on your strategy after service completion. If asking for feedback, add the feedback prompt and feedback link.
- Tap Save and run a controlled completion test to confirm thank you messaging and banner rendering.
- Expected result: customers receive a branded thank you experience after completion, with optional feedback and tipping prompts.
- If banner assets do not show, verify the workspace is correct and open Marketing again to ensure the saved settings loaded.
