Workspace settings

Manage workspace context and business switching behavior.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings > Your business > Create or Switch Business.
  2. Review the workspace list and identify the card marked Active before making any business level edits.
  3. Each workspace card shows role and plan context so you can confirm permissions before changing settings.
  4. Tap Switch on another workspace to change active context, then wait for the success confirmation.
  5. After switching, reload target modules (Services, Payments, Policies) to avoid editing stale data from the prior workspace.
  6. If values look incorrect, first check active workspace before debugging feature or data issues.
  7. Outcome check: all operational changes are made in the intended business workspace.
