What is the portfolio?

Steps

1. Portfolio Gallery is your business media library for real work examples and shared assets shown to customers, separate from personal phone photos.
2. Open Portfolio Gallery to review portfolio uploads, service media, page builder images, template images, marketing assets, and client booking images where available.
3. Use source filters All, Portfolio, Marketing, Page builder, Service, and Client to quickly review what appears from each origin.
4. Portfolio uploads can feed other surfaces such as website generation, default website flyers, and marketing assets, so quality here affects multiple customer touchpoints.
5. Items linked to a service keep context with their originating service, client booking images stay linked to the booking, and template or marketing items show where website assets came from.
6. Some sources are view only in Portfolio Gallery. Service media is managed from Services, client images are booking context, and page builder or marketing images are managed in their owning flow.
7. Use the gallery as a conversion tool, not storage: prioritize clear, recent, representative results.
8. Outcome check: customers should see a consistent visual standard that matches what your services deliver today.
