What is Cyntree Teams?

1. Cyntree Teams is the plan that turns a single-person workspace into a multi-person one. It is the only plan that adds team members — Cyntree Premium, despite being the top single-user tier, does not include them.
2. Teams costs £29.99 per month per workspace and is billed monthly only; there is no yearly or lifetime Teams price. There is no cap on how many members you add.
3. It includes everything in Cyntree Premium, then adds the Teams group in Settings: Configure team and Join a business.
4. Inside Configure team you get member invitations, six roles with a per-member permission checklist, the team calendar, business opening hours, time off, team order for booking auto-assignment, and activity history.
5. Bookings can be assigned to a specific professional, and services can be restricted to selected professionals using the Staff step in the service editor.
6. It also unlocks team reporting: the Reports tab gains a Team earnings section showing earned revenue, collections, tips, and commission allocations by professional.
7. To subscribe, open Settings > Your business > Subscription and Features and choose Cyntree Teams. Eligible workspaces may see a free trial offer — check the length on the checkout screen before confirming, because it differs between web billing and app store billing.
8. Without the Teams entitlement the Teams rows still appear but are locked, showing a preview of what team management would give you.
9. Outcome check: after subscribing, Settings > Teams > Configure team opens the Team screen with Invite member available.
