What are booking requests?

Steps

  1. Open Settings > Your Business > Workspace and Features and confirm Booking Requests is active for the current workspace. If the feature is inactive, requests will not appear for customers.
  2. Booking requests let customers ask for a preferred date and time instead of instantly confirming one of the listed slots. They still choose the service, enter contact details, accept policies, and add notes.
  3. Requests are only available for individual services. Group services show listed group slots instead and cannot accept custom booking requests.
  4. A request can include selected service extras. If Client booking images is active and the service allows it, the customer can also attach one labelled reference image.
  5. Cyntree checks the current workspace mode, service availability, minimum notice, advance window, blocked client state, and business offline setting before accepting the request.
  6. After a request is submitted, review it in Home > Booking Requests. The inbox groups items by All, Pending, Active, and Closed so you can triage quickly.
  7. Open any request card to view requested date/time, client email and phone, service, notes, service extras, attached client image where present, and current offer state.
  8. If the client accepts an offer and no upfront payment is required, the booking is confirmed immediately. If deposit or full payment is required, the request waits for the client to complete checkout.
