Cancelling a booking
Cancel a booking and understand refund timing expectations.

- Open your booking details page from My bookings or the confirmation link.
- Read the Cancellation policy summary shown in the manage section before tapping cancel.
- Tap Cancel booking (or Cancel and refund when eligible) and confirm the action.
- Wait for success confirmation and status update to Cancelled before closing the page.
- If payment was collected, check refund messaging and keep confirmation for support if needed.
- If cancellation is blocked by policy, contact the business directly using details shown on the page.
- Outcome check: booking status changes to cancelled and a clear result that matches the policy is shown.
