Viewing your bookings

Steps

1. Open the My Bookings view or the manage-booking link you received to review your booking details.
2. Use the same email and booking reference that were used when the booking was created if the page asks you to verify access.
3. Check the latest status before travelling because the business may have sent an update since you first booked.

Contact the business first with your booking reference and the email used during booking. If the issue looks like a platform fault, include the business name and what step failed.
