Viewing your bookings
Use My Bookings to view current and past booking records.

- Open the booking management link from your confirmation email, or go to My bookings manually.
- Enter your booking reference and the same email used at checkout.
- Submit lookup to open the booking details page.
- Review current status, service details, date/time, and payment state before travelling.
- If you have multiple bookings, repeat lookup with each reference from your confirmation emails.
- If lookup fails, check reference format and email spelling, then retry using lowercase email.
- Outcome check: you can access the latest booking state and available management actions.
