- Open Services from Home, then tap the add (+) action to create a service. The service editor is organised into sections you can open, review, and save without losing the rest of the setup.
- Start with Status and visibility. Choose whether the service is active, then choose Public or Hidden link only. Hidden link only keeps the service off the public list but still bookable by direct service link.
- Set booking type and workflow. Most services use normal individual booking; Premium workspaces can use service reports for work where final details or payment are confirmed after delivery.
- Complete Basic info, Duration, and Pricing with copy written for customers. Duration can cover minutes, hours, or services spanning multiple days, and pricing controls no upfront payment, deposit, or full payment behavior.
- Use Booking options to set minimum notice, business availability vs fixed slots, group capacity, custom time requests, remaining places display, and optional client booking image upload where your plan allows it.
- Choose Locations carefully: business location, customer's address, or remote/online. Group services cannot use customer address delivery and can only use one business location.
- Add Media, service extras, and card appearance last. Service extras can include descriptions or come from saved templates, service media follows your plan limits, and the card background colour helps the service stand out on the booking page.
- Before sharing, open your live booking page from Share or Website and test the full customer flow: service card, availability, service extras, booking request or instant booking, payment, and confirmation.
