Steps

1. Open Settings > Your Business > Workspace and Features and review the feature cards for the active workspace.
2. In current app copy, this area is feature access, not a separate marketplace of paid add ons. Do not confuse these workspace features with service extras that customers buy during booking.
3. Each feature card shows whether a capability is active, such as Reports dashboard, Service reports, Portfolio Gallery, Booking Requests, Discount Codes, Calendar sync, AI Website, Template Website Builder, Service Videos, Group Bookings, Marketing Tools, SMS Notifications, Client Booking Images, or Custom Booking URL.
4. Some features are included by plan but can still have a workspace level toggle. For example, an entitled workspace may need Reports dashboard enabled before the Reports tab shows live content.
5. After enabling a feature, open the actual feature screen (for example Reports tab, Portfolio Gallery, or Booking Requests) to verify access is operational.
6. If a feature shows active but the feature screen is still locked, refresh subscription state from Workspace and Features and check the active workspace again.
7. Outcome check: plan entitlement, workspace feature state, and in app access all agree for the same business workspace.
