Steps

  1. Open Settings > Your Business > Workspace and Features to see the Workspace plan card and comparison.
  2. Cyntree currently shows three plan levels: Cyntree Starter, Cyntree Pro, and Cyntree Premium (billed monthly per workspace).
  3. Cyntree Starter includes baseline booking operations for free: up to 30 bookings per month, individual services, a working public booking page, no custom categories, no service extras, 1 service image, and no service videos.
  4. Cyntree Pro adds unlimited bookings plus growth workflow features: group bookings, booking requests, reports dashboard, calendar sync, SMS notifications, marketing tools, custom booking URLs, and discount codes. Pro supports up to 3 categories, 3 service extras per service, and 3 service images.
  5. Cyntree Premium adds premium delivery and brand building tools: service reports, AI websites, template website builder, portfolio gallery, client booking images, service videos, advanced insights, and priority support. Premium supports unlimited categories, unlimited service extras, unlimited service images, and 1 short service video.
  6. Review feature badges on the same screen to confirm which capabilities are currently active or locked in your workspace.
  7. Use your real workflow requirements, including booking volume, group sessions, reports, calendar sync, portfolio, website needs, service videos, and support level, to choose plan fit rather than headline price alone.
  8. Plan names in developer or internal data may use `free`, `essential`, and `premium`; copy shown to customers should use Starter, Pro, and Premium.
  9. Outcome check: selected plan should unlock every feature your current operating model depends on.
