Steps

  1. Open Settings > Teams > Configure team and tap the person under Members. The screen is headed Team member.
  2. Professional display name controls how that person's name appears to the business and on your booking page.
  3. Role changes their whole default permission set. You can only set roles below your own.
  4. Under Public booking profile, Bookable professional decides whether they can deliver services and receive bookings at all. Turn it off for someone like an office manager who never takes appointments.
  5. Show on booking page decides whether clients can see and pick them on eligible public services. It only applies while Bookable professional is on.
  6. The hero contains only Professional display name, Role, and Public booking profile. Add or refine their introduction in the separate About this professional section below.
  7. Under Online presence, add Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X / Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube handles or URLs. Configured links appear as small icons beneath the professional's bio when a client chooses who to book with, and each icon opens in a separate tab so the booking flow stays in place.
  8. Work through the permission checklist below to fine-tune what they can access, then tap Save changes. Reset to role defaults clears every override you have set.
  9. Deactivate member removes their access without deleting their history — their past bookings and records stay with the business, and they show an Inactive badge in the Members list.
  10. A member can edit their own display name, bio, and social links from My profile on the Team screen if they have permission to edit their own profile.
  11. Outcome check: after saving, the member's row under Members shows the updated role, and any deactivated member carries the Inactive badge.
