Steps

  1. Activity history is the record of important team and permission changes in your workspace — useful when you need to check who changed what, and when.
  2. Open Settings > Teams > Configure team and tap Activity history under Scheduling. The screen is headed Activity.
  3. Entries cover things like role changes, permission updates, members being deactivated, invitations being accepted, and time off decisions.
  4. The row only appears for people allowed to view the audit history, so a professional or receptionist will usually not see it.
  5. Activity history is read-only. Nothing here can be edited or removed, which is what makes it useful as a record.
  6. Outcome check: change a member's role, return to Activity, and confirm the change is listed.
