- Activity history is the record of important team and permission changes in your workspace — useful when you need to check who changed what, and when.
- Open Settings > Teams > Configure team and tap Activity history under Scheduling. The screen is headed Activity.
- Entries cover things like role changes, permission updates, members being deactivated, invitations being accepted, and time off decisions.
- The row only appears for people allowed to view the audit history, so a professional or receptionist will usually not see it.
- Activity history is read-only. Nothing here can be edited or removed, which is what makes it useful as a record.
- Outcome check: change a member's role, return to Activity, and confirm the change is listed.
