Team earnings and own performance
Why an owner and a professional see different numbers in Reports, and which permission controls it.

- On a Cyntree Teams workspace the Reports tab gains an earnings section, and what it shows depends on the permissions you hold.
- With the View team reports permission the card is headed Team earnings and labelled TEAM REPORT. It reviews earned revenue, collections, tips, and commission allocations by professional.
- With only the View own performance permission the same card is headed My performance and labelled PRIVATE TO YOU. It shows your real earned revenue, collections, tips, and allocation history — and nobody else's.
- This is why a professional and an owner can open the same tab and see legitimately different numbers. Neither is wrong.
- A member whose role restricts the business-wide dashboard still sees it filled with demo numbers, with a note that they can open My performance for their real figures.
- To let someone see the whole team's earnings, open Settings > Teams > Configure team, tap the member, and grant View team reports under the Reports group. Export reports is a separate permission.
- Outcome check: after granting the permission, the member's card header changes from My performance to Team earnings.
