Rescheduling an appointment

Move confirmed bookings and keep customer notifications in sync.

Steps

  1. Open the appointment you want to move and choose the reschedule action from its detail screen.
  2. Pick a valid replacement slot that works for the service duration and any current availability constraints.
  3. Confirm the change and then check that the customer receives the updated booking information.
