Rescheduling an appointment

- To reschedule an appointment, open it from your appointment list and select the reschedule action from the detail screen.
- Choose a new date and start time for the appointment. The end time adjusts automatically based on the service duration. Make sure the new slot falls within your available working hours and does not conflict with other bookings.
- Review the updated appointment details before confirming the reschedule. Check the date, time, and any notes that may need updating.
- Once confirmed, the customer receives a notification with the updated booking details, including new date, time, and any relevant information. The original time slot is freed up for other bookings.
- The appointment record retains its history, so you can see it was rescheduled rather than being a new booking. This helps with tracking and reporting accuracy.
- If the customer initiated the reschedule (through their booking management link), you will see the updated details in your appointment list. Review the change to make sure the new time works for your schedule.
