Steps

  1. Your working hours determine which time slots customers can book on your public page. Open the Availability tab (calendar icon in the bottom tab bar) and go to Working Hours.
  2. Working hours are set as recurring weekly rules. Each rule specifies a day of the week (Monday through Sunday) and a time window (start time to end time). For example: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.
  3. You can create multiple rules for the same day to account for breaks. For example, set Monday 09:00 to 12:00 and Monday 13:00 to 17:00 to block out a lunch break from 12:00 to 13:00.
  4. To add a rule, select the days it applies to and set the start and end times using the time picker. You can apply the same hours to multiple days at once, for example Mon, Tue, and Wed all set to 09:00 to 17:00.
  5. Rules are displayed as a summary, for example 'Mon, Tue, Wed 09:00 to 17:00'. Review this summary to make sure your available windows match your real schedule before saving.
  6. Some services can use fixed service slots instead of normal business availability. In that case, the service's own slot rules decide the exact start times while calendar conflicts and time off still protect against overbooking.
  7. After saving your working hours, open your public booking page from the Share tab and test a few dates. Only slots that match the service schedule, are not already booked, and are not blocked should appear as available.
  8. Update your working hours whenever your schedule changes, including seasonal adjustments, new opening days, or reduced hours. Changes take effect immediately for new bookings.
