Apple Calendar via ICS

Steps

1. Use ICS links when a customer wants to save a booking into Apple Calendar from a confirmation or booking detail flow.
2. Remember this is not the same as a full business-side Apple calendar provider integration inside Cyntree.
3. If calendar save is the goal, test the ICS flow from the customer side on an Apple device before relying on it publicly.
