What syncs and what does not

Steps

1. Understand which calendars block availability, which calendar receives booking events, and which changes do not sync back.
2. Do not edit synced booking events directly in the external calendar expecting Cyntree to absorb the change automatically.
3. When debugging sync confusion, check the booking record, sync settings, and write-target selection together.
