Steps

  1. Open Settings > Calendar sync and identify the connection you want to remove (Google or Outlook).
  2. Before disconnecting, note which calendars currently block availability and which calendar is the write target.
  3. If you are migrating providers, connect and test the replacement first to avoid a gap in availability protection.
  4. Disconnect the old connection from Calendar sync, then return to Calendar settings to confirm no stale business wide write target remains.
  5. Check the remaining calendars: availability selections, Show in Cyntree calendar, and Send bookings to calendar can all affect the next booking.
  6. Run a test booking immediately after disconnecting to ensure expected behavior under the new setup.
  7. If availability suddenly opens too many slots, check Use for availability selections again on the remaining active connection.
  8. Outcome check: bookings and availability continue to behave correctly after the disconnect with no hidden overbooking risk.
