Adding clients manually

Create client profiles manually for offline or returning customers.

Steps

  1. Open Home > Clients, then tap Add in the header to open the New client form.
  2. Enter Full name (required). Save is blocked until this field is valid, so start here.
  3. Add Email and Phone number when available. These are optional, but they improve reminders, confirmations, and payment follow up coverage.
  4. Use Notes for service context such as preferences, allergy reminders, or access instructions. Notes stay internal to your workspace.
  5. Tap Save in the header. You should see the client profile with status Active and actions for booking history and profile updates.
  6. Outcome check: the new client should appear in the Clients list and be selectable when creating appointments manually.
  7. If the client does not appear, confirm you saved in the correct workspace and that no validation error (for example invalid email format) blocked the update.
