Client profiles

Manage contact details, notes, and client metadata.

Steps

  1. From Home > Clients, tap a client row to open the Client profile screen.
  2. Review the Overview section first. It shows booking counts, spend summary, average value, and last booking date for quick context before your next interaction.
  3. Use View booking history to inspect Upcoming and Past bookings on a dedicated timeline for this client.
  4. Edit Client details fields (Full name, Email, Phone number, Notes) and tap Save to keep records accurate for reminders and communications.
  5. In Actions, use Block from booking when a client should no longer book for themselves through your website. Use Unblock booking to restore access later.
  6. Use Archive client to remove inactive clients from active lists without deleting booking records. Use Restore client to reactivate.
  7. Warning: keep notes factual and relevant to the service only. These notes can influence future booking decisions and support cases.
