Archiving clients

Archive inactive client records without deleting business history.

Steps

  1. Open Home > Clients, select the client, then go to the Actions section in their profile.
  2. Tap Archive client and confirm the action. The profile status changes to Archived and the client is removed from active lists.
  3. Archiving does not delete history. Past bookings, spend data, and notes remain available for audits and future restore.
  4. Before archiving, check for Upcoming bookings in booking history. Resolve these first by completing, cancelling, or rescheduling as needed.
  5. To restore later, open Clients > Archived, find the client, and tap Restore.
  6. Outcome check: restored clients return to the main active list with their full history intact.
  7. Use archive for operational cleanup, not data deletion. If legal deletion is required, follow formal account/data deletion flows instead.
