Steps

  1. Open the client profile and review their past, current, and upcoming bookings in one timeline.
  2. Use the history to understand repeat behavior, cancellations, no-shows, and service preferences before accepting future work.
  3. If something looks missing, confirm the booking was created under the same workspace and linked to the correct client record.
