Viewing a client's booking history
Review a customer's past and upcoming appointments in one place.

- Open Home > Clients and select the client you want to review.
- Tap View booking history to open the Booking history screen for that client.
- Use the Overview cards to check totals quickly: booking count, upcoming count, and historical trend indicators.
- Review Upcoming bookings to confirm future workload and identify appointments coming soon that may need prep notes.
- Review Past bookings to see completions, cancellations, missed appointments, and service patterns before accepting new requests.
- Tap New from this history view if you need to create another appointment for the same client without leaving the profile context.
- If history looks incomplete, verify the booking belongs to the same workspace and that the appointment is linked to this exact client record.
