- Open Reports and review the revenue summary cards for your selected range.
- Read gross revenue first, then net revenue. Gross is before discounts/refunds; net reflects what remained after those adjustments.
- Check discounted bookings and refund related movement so campaign wins are not mistaken for margin wins.
- Use Revenue trend to identify weekly or monthly patterns and validate whether changes are structural or one time spikes.
- Use the collection health sections to compare billed, collected, outstanding, refunded, unpaid service report revenue, and deposit collection performance.
- Compare payment status in bookings when revenue looks delayed, because provider settlement timing and report recognition can differ.
- If using multiple providers or environments, compare reports with provider dashboards during reconciliation to explain gaps between net revenue and payout.
- Outcome check: you can explain where revenue came from, what reduced it, and what actually moved toward payout.
