Steps

  1. Use reports to understand booking volume, revenue movement, repeat behavior, utilization, and service performance over time.
  2. Read trends in context rather than as isolated numbers, especially after pricing changes, holidays, or new campaigns.
  3. If a metric seems wrong, inspect underlying booking statuses first because report output depends on clean records.
