Steps

  1. Open the Reports tab from the bottom navigation. Reports require Cyntree Pro or Premium plan access and the workspace level reports dashboard toggle in Settings > Your Business > Workspace and Features.
  2. If the workspace is not entitled, Cyntree can show a demo preview so you can understand the dashboard before upgrading. Real business data appears only after the workspace has access.
  3. Start with the range selector: 30 days, 90 days, or 12 months. Use one range consistently when comparing changes.
  4. Read core cards in order: bookings volume, gross revenue, net revenue, cancellation rate, missed appointment rate, and page visits.
  5. Metric definitions: cancellation rate tracks cancelled bookings over total scheduled; missed appointment rate tracks confirmed bookings where clients did not attend.
  6. Pro reports include practical operating sections such as revenue trend, discount impact, revenue by service, page visits, and business health.
  7. Premium adds advanced insights such as conversion funnel, projections, best months, value collection, client insights, revenue by source, booking timing, operations capacity, and strategy recommendations.
  8. Premium workspaces can set a monthly revenue target for the hero goal tracker. Demo previews for plans below Premium show the target experience without saving a live target.
  9. If numbers look wrong, audit booking statuses first. Reports rely on clean status transitions (confirmed, completed, cancelled, missed appointment).
  10. Outcome check: each report view should answer one decision question, such as pricing changes, staffing windows, or policy adjustments.
