Steps

  1. In Reports, open Revenue by service and related performance sections for the selected date range.
  2. Compare services by booking count, revenue contribution, and repeat demand, not by one metric alone.
  3. Flag services with high demand but low margin for pricing or duration review.
  4. Flag services with high margin but low demand for offer positioning, copy, or portfolio/marketing refresh.
  5. Use page visits and conversion data alongside service revenue. A service with strong traffic but weak bookings may need clearer copy, better media, simpler payment rules, or a stronger offer.
  6. Check operational fit: if a service causes frequent reschedules or missed appointments, adjust minimum notice, duration, fixed slots, booking request behavior, or payment requirement.
  7. Premium insights can surface capacity, client retention, repeat booking, top spender, and strategy signals that explain service performance beyond raw revenue.
  8. After any change, check the same report range again after at least one full booking cycle to confirm improvement.
  9. Outcome check: you should know which services to scale, rework, bundle, or retire based on measurable performance.
