- Each service has location options that tell customers where the service happens. You set this from the Locations section while creating or editing the service.
- At your business location, the customer comes to your address. Your business address from your profile is shown on the booking page. This is the default for most salon and studio services.
- At the customer's address, you travel to the customer. During booking, the customer is prompted to enter their address details. Use this for mobile services like home visits or appointments at the customer's site.
- Online / remote means the service is delivered virtually. This is suitable for consultations, coaching sessions, or any service that does not require physical presence. A meeting link field becomes available on the appointment.
- Individual services can use up to two business locations. Group services can use only one business location and cannot use customer address delivery.
- The location choice affects what customers see during checkout: business location services show your address, customer address services collect the customer's address, and remote services indicate the session will be online.
- Make sure the location setting matches what you actually offer. If customers book with the wrong location expectation, it creates confusion and potential cancellations.
