Booking reminder notifications

How reminders are scheduled and delivered for bookings.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications and turn on Booking reminders in Delivery & booking alerts.
  2. Tap Reminder timing and choose lead time based on your workflow (for example 60 minutes or 1 day before).
  3. Confirm appointment timezone and start times are correct in booking records, because reminders use those values.
  4. Create a test booking and validate reminder timing against your selected lead option.
  5. If reminders are late or missing, verify push permissions, master Enable push delivery, and device Focus/Do Not Disturb settings.
  6. For reliability with customers, keep phone and email fields accurate on each booking so reminder channels have valid targets.
  7. Outcome check: reminders arrive predictably before appointments and missed appointment rate reduces over time.
