Steps

  1. Grant notification permission when prompted and confirm the device has not disabled alerts at system level.
  2. If notifications are missing, check app settings, device notification settings, and the active logged-in workspace.
  3. Treat notification setup as operational infrastructure because missed alerts lead to missed bookings and responses.
