Steps

1. Use daily summaries when you want a quick operational snapshot rather than many individual alerts throughout the day.
2. Compare the summary to your live appointments view if something looks off before taking action.
3. Disable or adjust the summary only if it genuinely adds noise, not because underlying data needs cleanup.
