Steps

  1. Open Settings > Notifications and review Delivery & booking alerts for operational events.
  2. Core operational toggles include New bookings, Client cancellations, Client reschedules, Payment requests, and Payments received.
  3. You can also enable Tips received and Customer feedback alerts if those are part of your quality workflow.
  4. Booking reminders is separate from event alerts and controls reminders before appointments for staff and clients.
  5. Daily summaries include Morning daily summary (today) and Evening next day summary (tomorrow) for planning views.
  6. Owners also get Cyntree Communications controls for platform updates and promotions in app or via push.
  7. Recommended baseline: keep booking and payment alerts on, then tune summaries and promotional channels for noise control.
