Steps

  1. Open notification preferences and decide which alerts should be immediate, optional, or disabled for your workflow.
  2. Do not turn off customer-critical alerts unless another reliable process covers the same risk.
  3. Revisit preferences after adding staff, changing services, or enabling booking requests so settings still fit reality.
