Steps

1. Review platform pricing and payment-provider processing costs separately so you understand gross revenue versus net received funds.
2. Stripe, Paystack, and Flutterwave fees are not identical, so do not assume the same net amount across providers or countries.
3. When pricing services, factor fees into your margins instead of treating them as a surprise after checkout goes live.
4. Use reports and payout reconciliation together when you need a clearer view of money collected versus money received.
