Steps

  1. Quick Invoice is a full invoicing tool: send any client a professional invoice and collect payment online — for services, products, deposits, add-ons, fees, or a custom quote — even when there is no booking behind it. It is free on every plan, but only available once Stripe or Paystack is connected, because the client pays through your connected provider.
  2. Open it from the Home screen under the Growth section (the Quick Invoice card), or tap the Invoice quick action at the top of Home. If you do not see it yet, connect a payment provider first under Settings > Your Business > Business Payment Setup.
  3. Tap Create charge. Choose an existing client, or switch to New client and enter their name, email, and (optionally) phone. An email is required so the client can receive the invoice.
  4. Add your charge by the line: each line has a description, a quantity, and a unit price. The line total and the invoice total are worked out for you. Add as many lines as you need, and an optional title and note for the client.
  5. Tap Send invoice. Cyntree creates the invoice, generates a secure payment link, emails (and texts, if a phone is on file and SMS is enabled) the link to the client, and opens your share sheet so you can also send it by WhatsApp, Messages, or any app you like.
  6. Track each invoice from the Quick Invoice screen. Open one to copy, share, or re-send the link, mark it as paid if the client paid you in cash, or cancel it. When the client pays online, the invoice flips to Paid automatically and you get a notification.
  7. A small Cyntree platform fee is added on top of the invoice and is paid by your client — you receive the full amount you invoiced. The fee is shown on the preview before you send and itemised in your client's invoice email.
  8. Paid invoices appear in Reports as a separate Other revenue line, so they are counted in your income without being mixed into booking revenue.
