Setting up payments

Steps

1. Open payment settings and choose the provider that fits the business region. Cyntree currently supports Stripe, Paystack, and Flutterwave for booking payments.
2. If using Stripe, complete Stripe onboarding with accurate legal, banking, and identity information until the account is ready.
3. If using Paystack, open the Paystack settings page and enter the business settlement bank details. Cyntree creates a Paystack subaccount under the platform integration so payments route directly to the business. You can refresh the subaccount status at any time from the Paystack settings page.
4. If using Flutterwave, open the Flutterwave settings page and enter the business settlement bank details. Cyntree creates a Flutterwave subaccount under the platform integration so payments route correctly. You can refresh the subaccount status from the Flutterwave settings page.
5. Wait until the chosen provider is active before turning on deposit or full-payment booking flows for customers.
6. After setup, run a controlled test booking so you can confirm checkout redirects, callbacks, webhook updates, and payment status changes work correctly in Cyntree.
