Payout schedule

Steps

1. Payout timing is controlled by the active payment provider account connected to the business, not by Cyntree itself.
2. For Stripe, onboarding status, reserves, and verification checks can delay settlement or payouts.
3. For Paystack, settlement timing depends on the connected Paystack account, region, method used, and any review or reserve conditions on that account.
4. For Flutterwave, settlement timing depends on the connected Flutterwave account, region, method used, and any review conditions.
5. Use completed payment records in Cyntree as your operational check, then confirm exact settlement timing from the provider dashboard.
